QR Codes
An oldie but goodie!!  QR Codes can be used with any device that has a QR reader on it.  This is a great way to help students get to websites quickly and accurately.  There are a ton of activities out there using QR Codes.  A valuable resource is Teachers Pay Teachers.

Kahoot!
Game based classroom response system. Very fun and engaging!  Teachers can create their own quizzes, surveys and discussions or search ones that have already been created.

This is such a fun site!!  The webcam is on all the time so you can view the reindeer and other animals at the North Pole.  Santa or Elf Wesley come to feed at 10am, 5pm and 8pm (cst).  They stay about 7-10 minutes playing with the reindeer.  Be careful...it's addicting!!
